  • Do you accept returns?
    We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products. We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or in retail outlets. Note: Read our Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.
  • What’s the minimum order amount?
    There is no minimum order amount, but remember the more value you shop the more reward points you get! Checkout our reward program. Note: This reward program is only for the Handicrafts and not for the Furniture.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We are worldwide exporters. our customers are from different countries like the USA, UK, European countries but currently, we can ship only teakwood furniture and handicrafts. As rosewood exports are banned in India, we are working closely with trade bodies to lift this ban soon, we will update and announce it as we get permission.
  • What are the payment terms?
    Our business is split into two sections "Furniture" and "Handicrafts". All Payments are processed through Online cum Offline payments using our Payment Gateway Partners Razorpay & Stripe. Note: Under handicrafts, we do not provide Split payments, all payments are one time to calculate the reward point earned. Under furniture, we provide the option of one time payment & split payments depending on active offers*
